Memorial graduate celebrates receiving diploma by surprising principal with a giant hug

MANCHESTER – One by one, students responded when their name was called. But this wasn’t daily attendance, which they’ve been through thousands of times. This was graduation – one last roll call and one big celebration.

On Saturday, June 19 at the SNHU Arena, Manchester School District held graduations for all four high schools: Manchester School of Technology High School, Manchester High School Central, Manchester High School West and Manchester Memorial High School.

As is the case every year, each ceremony has its own flair and personality that reflect the school and graduating class. A constant across all schools was perseverance. The Class of 2023 was lauded for navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic to finish on time and earn a diploma. Congratulations to all of our graduates and families – you made it! We are proud of all of our graduates and excited to see what you accomplish in college, career or service.
