The program of studies is the course catalog for Manchester’s high schools. This document received a large overhaul last year.
The course catalog is now finalized for the 2024-2025 school year, and we are working on creating supporting materials and recruiting community partner organizations to support this work.

December: Draft course catalog approved by Board of School Committee
Early February: High schools hold student and family information sessions (more details below)
February 5-9: High school teachers enter course recommendations
February 12-16: 8th Grade teachers enter course recommendations
February 12-16: High school students select courses online
February 20-23: 8th Grade students select courses online
February 12-23: Guidance review of course requests
February 26-March 1: Winter vacation week
March: Guidance clean-up of course selections
April: Teacher assignments and schedule build

Tuesday February 6th from 3:00-3:30 PM-Online informational session about the course catalog and scheduling. The link to this session is meet.google.com/moe-jkhz-wre
Thursday February 8th from 10:00-10:30AM-Online informational session about the course catalog and scheduling. The link to this session is meet.google.com/pcf-cdep-yqs
Thursday February 8th at 6:45 PM-A brief informational session will be held in the Brennan Center at MST to explain the course selection process . This meeting will follow the presentation for incoming 9th grade students.
